"Immediately after my appointment at the SGI Claims Centre (as the result of a collision between my truck and a deer) I took the vehicle to the two Ford dealerships in Regina. Neither one could accommodate me within the next month to six weeks and weren't really interested in looking at the paperwork to determine the scope of work that needed to be done. I went to Bergen's Auto body where Jonathon had a close look at the paperwork, listened to my need to have the vehicle fixed and back in my hands quickly and, within minutes, committed to meeting my need.
